Conveyorized hot-air dryer DRY HA6 500 year 2017

Drying device for universal usage with physical drying / thermos-fixation of textile printing inks (Plastisol, water- or solvent-based) after printing on various sheet materials (foils, self-adhesive substrates, paper, cardboard etc.).

• The dryer comprises the following system elements:

3.1 Hot-air drying zone

There are two airflow modes:

a. Blast air infeed from top – extraction from the underside of the conveyor belt

b. Blast air infeed from top – extraction partially from underside of the conveyor belt and partially from above

3.2 Belt separation segment

Conveyor belt separation between hot and cold section to eliminate thermal carryover between the active zones

Sheet pass with guided material transfer

3.3 Cooling zone with direct air infeed and air outlet

Air volumes divided between infeed and extraction (two fans) to expose the sheets to a controlled cooling air flow via formed air inlets - and subsequent extraction of the cooling air through outlets for outdoor connection.
